RISE aims to use its experience of working with the cross section of underserved societies to advise and provide consultation to the departments and organisations in the central and state governments to sharpen their programmes and delivery systems by way of using internet and developing the capacity of their target groups to access the government and its delivery system through the internet.
RISE therefore intends to set up a consultancy wing which would document its experience from different resource centers and develop models based on those to afford replication by the organisation it would be consulting.
