RISE envisages bringing the governments as well as non-governmental organisations in corporate as well as other sections to understand the indispensability of internet access to be made available to every citizen of the country as a minimum desirable standard.
The conclusions of the stakeholder conferences and consultations are proposed to be canvassed and discussed with authorities and social leadership for brining in place infrastructure and means to afford unfettered internet access of the last person in the bottom of the pyramid of the society also without any discrimination on the basis of caste, creed or socio-economic status.
RISE would endeavour to develop a movement to ensure this ultimate objective and would strive to establish regulatory practices in organisation to monitor the equality of access to each citizen worldwide.
